RIXC Art Science festival continues researching transformative role of art in era of social network and digitalization. This year festival focuses on surveillance, privacy and control at the age of social media and immersive technologies.
Festival will be complemented by contemporary media art exhibition, performance program created by new media artists, as well as second edition of international conference Open Fields. First conference took place in September 2016, gathering 100 delegates from 30 countries, representing more then 60 art organizations, museums and universities.
