News

The European Media Art Platform is one of 15 European platforms funded by Creative Europe and the only one for digital media. Its aim is to support artists working in that field, especially emerging artists who work critically and in an innovative way with (digital but not only) technologies. Since the platform started in 2018 four EMARE commissions have been already internationally awarded. We are proud to announce the 22 selected artists and groups of the European Media Art Platform (EMAP) for the years 2020 and 2021. Over 700 artists from 46 countries submitted their proposal to the call.
