In the exhibition "Tidal Tear Sediment", Sabīne Šnē focuses on the changing worlds of water, combining stories of the Baltic Sea with ideas of hydrofeminism, which emphasises that we all have water in our bodies and are connected to each other and to the planet through liquid. Video, sound, drawings and sculptural objects trace the path of a water molecule from a cloud through the human body to the sea, then back into the atmosphere. 

"Tidal Tears Sediment" is about the waters that are at once outside us and inside us. We invite you to close the exhibition together - in conversations, tastes and sounds that continue to ripple afterwards. See you there!
