Description: The 11th International Festival for New Media Culture ""Art+Communications"" 2009 under the title ""Energy"" addressed the issues of sustainable development from different perspectives - art, science, culture, technology, society, architecture, design, nature, environment and others. The festival's main event - the media art exhibition ""ENERGY"" - at the RIXC Gallery in Spīķeri. The exhibition took place from October 9 to November 1, 2009, with 11 artworks on display. International art and science conference ""Energy. Scientific and Artistic, Critical and Utopian Ideas"", in collaboration with the Art Research Laboratory MPLab, University of Liepaja.
