Liepaja University has signed a cooperation agreement with business, art and technology university RISEBA which provides cooperation in different directions – development of study programs, research and creative activities. The cooperation will develop between the Master's programs – "New Media Art" at the Liepaja University and "Audiovisual Media Art" at the RISEBA University.

Both universities have a high-quality material and technical base. In Liepaja New Media Art Study process provides art research laboratory with computers, sound, video editing and photo studios, 3D etc. In Riga – RISEBA H2O6 School of Architecture and media is a center for students where a wide range of video, photo and sound recording and editing studio, event and lecture rooms, audio-visual equipment is available.

Studies are organized into four specialized directions, each university will implement two of them. RISEBA – "Audiovisual Media Art" and "Multimedia Performing Arts", Liepaja University – "Digital Art" and "Sound Art and Electronic music". Working language – English.
