Jaunumi

No 30. jūnija līdz 2. jūlijam, 2016, Vācijas pilsētā Līneburgā norisināsies starptautisks simpozijs Art and Media beyond the Anthropocene. Simpozija tiks skatīts, kā dažādas praktiskās un estētiskās stratēģijas var radīt transversālu ekoloģiju? Ko nozīmē ekoloģija un kā tā ir attīstījusies? Kā māksla un mediji apvienojas savā personīgajā ekoloģijā?

RIXC māksliniece Rasa Šmite simpozijā prezentēs RIXC Mākslas un zinātnes centra darbību un stāstīs par datu interpretāciju no tehnoekoloģiskās perspektīvas. Simpozija izstādē tiks prezentēts RIXC mākslas projekts "Dīķa radio" un reāllaika "Baktēriju baterijas" instalācija (autori – Rasa Šmite un Raitis Šmits).
