RIXC cordially invites you to listen to live presentations on Wednesday, June 14, from 14.30-15.30 (before the performance by Juan Duarte) online on Zoom (HERE) by internationally renowned artists – Refik Anadol (US), Sabine Niederer (NL), Ilana Altman (CA) and Rasa Smite (LV) – who work with data visualisations and artificial intelligence to create exciting and immersive Nature Data Narratives as an introduction to the international Natural Data Narratives arthathon from Berlin and Toronto within the RIXC collaboration project AUGE 2ND.
In order to take part in the Nature Data Narratives Arthathon's follow-up discussions and workshops (14.25-17.30), and to be eligible for the AUGE 2ND cash prize, youths (under the age of 30) are invited to apply for the arthathon HERE.

The arthathon will give an opportunity for participants to reflect on how urban digital arts can contribute to climate engagement!
This is the third AUGE 2ND arthathon which is a short, intensive, workshop, keynote, lecture and discussion program for youths to address some of the most pressing challenges of our time like climate change, social inclusion and digital ubiquity.
The evening programme continues at the RIXC Gallery (from 18:00). Everyone is invited to Juan Duarte Regino's performance and pizza!
The project is organized by partners: MEET Digital Art Center in Milan, Public Art Lab in Berlin, RIXC in Riga, ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture in Barcelona and Laznia Center for Contemporary Art in Gdansk.
